I feel like I want to keep researching before I solidify my idea.
The CCDN guide book seems to be the most needed idea, but the problem with focusing only on CCDN is that I wont be able to talk about other things I think are important like fonts, or other random stuff that is associated with being a designer.
the transition guide between education and career might be interesting. I have a background in recruitment so I know all about this process, and although I haven't worked in the design industry I know about jobs in general.
Perhaps I have a few points to the same book, one can be a CCDN specific section, one can be a transition between education and career section, and one can be .....something else....maybe going forward as a designer. What kind of designer to be that makes you good? I don't know.
"What do I do now?" perhaps.
My manifesto will engage with the transition between education as a designer and careers in design. It will focus on areas that are stressed to us as important in university if we want to be good designers... urgh.
You can tell its not the right time for me to me trying to nail down exactly what I'm doing currently.
