I have still go LOADS of manifestos that I want to consider and go through so I am not ready to nail down exactly what I want to focus on yet, but I have had ideas about...
- A handbook which explores the main points we learn at university to help us as designers in the real world
- A handbook for culture and context students that explains all the points they need to know in order to explain what CCDN actually is about and how they can use it in the real world.
- A critique on what design education teaches us versus what we need in the real world.
The culture and context specific one could be interesting as this is still definitely something people find difficult to answer (myself included) whenever someone asks us what culture and context is, and what we are going to do with this degree. Media and Industrial design are a lot more straight forward.
In terms of storyboarding sketches of where we are thinking we will go, at this point I know it will be aguide book of some kind so I am imagining points like :
