So I have been in contact with the lecturer, and the students who's work it was, and it appeared there was some miscommunication in the bookings. The lecturer thought the work was allowed until Monday, but he thinks maybe he meant just the outside LT2 area.

Anyway, I haven't heard back from the two students - I have offered replacements and coffee and chocolate, and apologised thoroughly, I hope they forgive me and realise I feel really awful about it.

What a crazy thing to happen at the start of the day to take my mind completely off my own work which I never thought would be possible! ;)

The Lecturer thanked me for my honesty when I asked whether the exhibition was graded before now,etc, and said it was all good, so I hope I havent effected that aswell.

moral of this story is dont try and be different with your spaces. Use the space that has been booked. (although noted: it looks like that space is filled with 300level CCDN anyway)
