Draft Proposal Time

For the moment I am working on something like this... Given I am not entirely sure of what content to include..or how formal my writing needs to be I am going to tweak it depending on feedback...if possible... ;)

Even though it is double work and I am overwhelmed with tasks currently, I feel like also doing a proposal for my crazy idea, just to make sure I have the right thing in case I don't hear back. I guess this'll teach us to leave our classes early without getting started as we need to make sure we have all the information if there is only a day to do things and not enough time for coordinators to reply to questions. We'll see how I go with whether I do the other one as well. I really do want to create a website in this paper, but it may be that the realistic website creation can come later..confused.
