206 Proposal Project One

Final draft of the proposal document I will submit tomorrow - I heard back from Ian later this evening which was great and put a lot of my questions at ease so I am feeling better about the whole thing, and back to being excited as this is such an interesting paper.  I hope there isn't too many words - it looks deceiving in this interesting format, but it is around half a page in a portrait word doc :)
