In begining the researching properly (until now I have been doing random searches when I get a spare moment, and glancing at the types of results are shown) there is a shortage of any results (using eHRAF) regarding "Career Identity" but "Working Identity" is a different story, so that is interesting in itself.
There is a difference between working and career for a lot of cultures.
