Thoughts and Ideas

Over the last week I have been thinking and writing down ideas and doing some basic drawings to see if I could get my idea rolling.

I will include photos from my workbook shortly as this is a better way to show what I am thinking, but the main ideas I have been thinking about is one which is associated with MyVic, being a MyMaps kind of thing, but is something that could work currently.
Every room in the campus would have some kind of beacon type thing and the user inputs which room, or building they are trying to find and then a compass type idea could work with the user following the arrows on the screen in a compass way towards the destination. The great thing about this idea is that it would account for changes going on at uni, e.g. all of the library routes changing currently. So the compass wouldn't face north obviously, it would work as if through the halls at university and tell you to turn left when the correct door opening was left.

I also like the idea of having an "alternative route" option, so it takes the quickest route is not able to be walked through for some reason you could click an alternative route button so you can eventually get to your destination.

The other idea I have been thinking about is thought controlled eye lenses, it might have to be connected to the brain somehow - that's  so basically it is contacts and you can use them for anything and they will be thought initiated, but only when you want things. Perhaps you have to think about it being on, and then ask for directions to an area, and the arrows direct you to the right place.
