So! In todays lecture I spend time really refining what I was going to do in terms of construction - There was so many options, I thought I using foam on the base to keep the objects in their place and to stop the noise you make with them when you pick them up etc - but instead of this I have decided to go with a step down effect by layering the mdf.
Also I have decided to go with MDF instead of PLY. After asking around, apparently ply would look as good and has the possibility of bending, whereas the mdf wont do that, and it will look nicer once I spray-paint it (black). I have sourced a few prices of MDF and the size of that will dictate how large my final box will be. I think I know what I am doing now so I just need to get started. During the weekend maybe....:)
