Today in class we had move user tests from other class members. We had tastes tests, and awesome glasses and wheres wally putting your hand in a box and trying to find the right texture.
The glasses were my favourite - you put on a set of glasses and then someone else draws something on some paper - then looking through the glasses you have to try and replicate the shapes/pattern the other person drew. Very hard, but fun.

ReplyDeleteI think it's really good you're justifying the decisions you're making (cost is always an underlying factor) and i think you have a very successful project in the making. Personally i very much prefer your project as a 2 or more player but for arguments sake i suggest you attempt a single person experiment, just a very simple fast one should do and should it prove unsuccessful at least you can say you tried.
I really like the decision to make your own objects, it puts more emphasis on the materiality etc, just try to include something hollow :) apart from that I think you have an excellent project and keep it up
